Antonio Palomo - Owner
In 1996, Antonio Palomo started as a sub-contractor in the flooring industry, mostly working in the residential segment of the market. He was based in Hartford, Connecticut, but was quickly offered work in the surrounding areas due to his high quality of craftsmanship and ability to establish great working relationships with clients.
In 2007, Antonio wanted to create a business for the future of his family and launched Antonio's Carpet Installation. The business experienced growth and became an LLC in 2014.
As of 2016, Antonio's Carpet Installation formally changed its name to ACI Flooring LLC. The company continues to grow and has expanded into the commercial market.
Luis Rodriguez - Operations Manager
Luis Rodriguez is the Operations Manager and reports to Antonio Palomo. Luis started with the company as an installer in 2014. Previously, Luis had been a retail business owner and quickly understood the business model at ACI Flooring LLC and was promoted to his current role in 2015.

ACI Flooring has been in business for over 14 years. We install a variety of flooring as well as carpeting for commercial businesses. Some of our clients include Griffin Hospital, Athena's Healthcare, Waters Edge and many more successful and beautiful companies.
